The Tendency to Our Reform at the New Phase(Chinese Academy of Reform and Development, Haikou 570208, China)Abstract： This year witnesses an important event, the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening to the world. At present our macro-economy meets some protruding issues and contradictions, which are related to the phasic transformation of the development mode. While the traditional development mode is difficult to succeed, the new one cannot reach a point of breaking down. The points of the phasic transformation of the social development are as follows: coordinate with the market reform; adapt to the international process; concomitant with the social transformation. In view of all these, our reform must aim at the development of the personal quality, the transformation of the development mode, and the progress of the society. The main tasks of the reform at the new phase are as follows: realizing the sustainable development by the market reform; promoting the construction of the social harmony by the equalization of the basic public service; speeding the political civilization by the effective public government. The reform sequence must be followed: in the coming days, chiefly, pushing the reforms of the basic resource price and the monopoly industry; in the near future, carrying through the reforms of the taxation system and the finance system; in the future, perfecting the social management system and putting into practice the active opening to the world. Among them, the most important is the transformation of the governmental system.

Abstract： As an example of visualization, the female film star is well worth studying. There is a close relation between the cultural identity of stars and their main body's social space and social role. The cultural characteristics of three generations of female stars in Chineselanguage films, in past 30 years, contain respectively the shift track of the Chinese society, film and popular cultural performance. For the newperiod film, although performing is combined with politics, the narrative frame cannot cover up popular fantasy as a whole. While Gong Li acts as a carrier of traditional Eastern culture and its fantastic object, Zhang Ziyi, as one of the stars in the times of mass media, is gradually forged in according with the mechanism and criterion of the film industry and the star system. Since they are correspondingly deal with the historical show characteristic of body, cultural fantasy is considered as a false sexwonder as well as a largecharge stare of pure symbolization. Very often, these questions are never discussed, of how to spread national culture, to grasp correctly the star vision and cultural psychology of audience, and to go further to do so in the international context.

Abstract： As a generic term, the Chineselanguage film refers to the film produced by the Chinese people who live in the Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and oversea areas. In the last 20 years of the 20th century, a new generation of the Chineselanguage film directors in the above areas has grown up by reason of their cultural features of modernity and realized a century of cultural integration. Up to the first few years of the new century, after producing such films as Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon, Heroes, and The War of the Red Cliff, the Chineselanguage film has entered into the period of the "postbigfilm". Under the grim context of globalization, it is an imminent task for the Chineselanguage films to cognize their existing realistic environment so as to promote their good, harmonious, durative development in industry and culture.

Abstract： While, in the Chinese mainland, the problems of the Chineselanguage films, especially the problems of the big films, have something with the unreasonable structure of the Chinese film industry, this unreasonable structure concerns the Chinese film audience's understanding of the Chinese film industry as well as the policies for determining its development system, mechanism and industrialization. Therefore, it is vital for the Chinese film critics, from the perspective of the film industry, to reorganize and reinterpret the development of the Chinese film. This essay, based on such aspects as the film system and industrial distribution of the New China, the Chinese film industry of the new period, the film mechanism reform, the film industrialization promotion, the change of the Chinese film industry, the Chineselanguage big film, and the film industrialization with Chinese characteristics, organizes the development of the Chinese film industry, and summarizes the relative historical experiences, and finally looks to the development of the future.

Abstract： From the view of the "crossmedia" theory, the film narration is no longer pure, strict or traditional, which not only contains but also crosses filmtelevision, that is, comprising a lot of media such as screen images and mobile telephone films (including computer or Internet films) as well as display images. Either the film image or the screen image or the display image has its own emphasis. This fact indicates the transformation of the film narrative carrier and the differentiation of the film narrative pattern. Also it predicates that the contemporary film narration is going from singularity to multiplicity, from simplicity to complexity, thus gradually forming a new cultural situation, in which the tendency of multiple narrative coexisting and the competition of multiple administrative levels are mutually complementary.

Abstract： As an authoritative book of the studies of The Book of Songs in the Song Dynasty, Commentary on the Classic of Poetry is full of reform spirit. On the one hand, the critical method changes from the "viewingworld" to the "viewinglaw"; and on the other hand, the commentary on the content unfolds the "imperfection" instead of the "purity". What's more, the orientation of application or the method of interpretation is no longer the "allegorical" or the "abstruseness" but the "stirred" or the "easiness". The main causes of this reformation are as follows: having a brannew learning thinking; possessing a literary insight; and emphasizing a perceptive, textual method.

Abstract：The Eight Xiaowei in the Western Han Dynasty refers to the eight official titles, named and established by Emperor Wu in the capital of Chang'an, including Zhonglei, Tunqi, Bubin, Yueqi, Changshui, Huqi, Sheshen and Huben. Many scholars from the ancient time to the present hold that these eight officers as well as their troops belong to the North Army with Zhonglei as the general leader. But, according to the historical record of the Han Dynasty, only Zhonglei undertakes some military affair without any authentic record about the general leader of Zhonglei. Furthermore, either from the organizational system and the garrison location, or from the analysis of the intention of establishing the army, the other seven Xiaowei are not among the North Army.

Abstract：Christianity has long taken the Chinese Bible translation as its major job over the course of its preaching in China, which can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty that witnesses the preaching of the Nestorian Christianity. However, for the translation studies in China, the Chinese Bible translation has not been such an obvious favorite as the Chinese Buddhist Scriptures translation. This essay argues that the Chinese Bible translation has for so long a period merged itself into the translation studies in China. Its principles, as they have from time to time developed and got perfection, become part and parcel of the translation studies in China. The author believes that the principles of the Chinese Bible translation have developed not only to meet the need of preaching, but also to adapt themselves to the requirements of the Chinese culture. Therefore, the study of the Chinese Bible translation is of great significance both to the translation studies and to the sociological studies.

Abstract： On the one hand, in our legislation of civil Lawsuit, the system of defense losingright has not yet established; and on the other hand, the defense system in operation presents some evident defects such as violating the procedure fair principle, reducing the effect of court judgment, and being useless of carrying out the current civil evidence rules. The establishment of the system of defense losingright signifies the reasonable limit of the parties' punishing right, which is propitious to putting into effect the lawsuit fair principle, to avoid the confusion of giving evidences, to hence the lawsuit effect, and to realize the double value targets of the "justness and efficiency". Since the foreign system of the defense losingright has sufficiently been proved reasonable in its practice, it is necessary, by reference to the British and American law system and using it as the legislation model of the important documents of carrying out the defense right, to construct our civillawsuit system of the defense losingright in accordance with our practice. Abstract： How to sidestep the REIT risk has greatly been concerned by all the theoreticians and practical businessmen. The temporary measures issued by banking supervisory authorities disclose all kinds of insufficiencies in controlling or supervising the REIT risk. For the construction of the Chinese mechanism of sidestepping the REIT risk, both exterior and interior should be paid an attention to, that is, exteriorly, forming a perfect law system of sidestepping the REIT risk, and establishing an effective system of supervision and a reasonable revenue system; and, interiorly, clarifying the REIT status of the independent legal entity, and improving the systems of the inner control and the risk earlywarning.
