A Survey of the Symbiosis between Mother and Daughter in Film and Television Plays
Journal of Shanghai University (Social Science Edition)    2008, 15 (1): 15-19.
    Abstract2011)            Save
Psychologically and sociologically, symbiosis between mother and daughter is a specific reference in social relations, connoting deep humanity and culture. The symbiosis means that a daughter unconsciously depends on her mother and is bound by the relationship, while a mother plays a function of an assistant in the long paternity culture, which gives mother double attributes. To wake feminine consciousness of filmandtelevision works is to let the mother speaks what she wants and to free the daughter from her mother's care to be independent, both physically and mentally.

This linear structure meets both the demand for the TV span and the aesthetic ornamental custom.

Media push the human being into socialization, while the helpseeking programs for individuals in recent years expose private sphere matters to the public, which, obviously, challenges the classical proposition of public sphere and extends the media function. Moreover, media as an extension of the human body, socialize an individual maximally, whilst the extensions of its function makes the platform for public discourse extend to the individual space. The extension frees individuals from the boundary of extreme inflation of instrumental rationality resulting from the cultural industry.

The Influence of the New Marxist Humanitarianism:
On Contemporary Chinese Aesthetics and Literary Theory
Journal of Shanghai University (Social Science Edition)    2008, 15 (1): 37-42.
    Abstract1429)            Save
Dedicating to the problems of social politics, economy and revolution, the first generation of Marxism discussed humanitarianism from the perspective of political revolution more than from art and aesthetics. New Marxism, not limiting their discussion on humanitarianism within art and aesthetics, is complicated and their critical theory of aesthetic humanitarianism originates their humanistic view about the world and history. New Marxism betrayed the original Marxist standpoint in which the humanitarianism is argued from a political, social, historical view, but achievements in art and aesthetics provide some good reference for developing Marxist aesthetics and literary theory.

The life of the salesman Willy Loman is a tragedy. However, it is better to say that it's his keeping to the social performance consciousness that leads him to the blind alley of his life than attribute his tragedy to the social politics. Since he understood the inner relationship between his life goal and the social performance, he has made every effort to keep his social performing image and prevent from disrupting. He sticks to his ideas of social performance, and refuses to walk out throughout his life, which has worsened his relationship with his son and caused many conflicts. The tragedy of Willy Lowman has something to do with the social politics, but more with the social performance.

Contract law and tort law are main methods available for recovery of pure economic loss; besides, creating some case models also play an important role.
