With the advancement of the era of big data, the interest conflicts between data protection and data utilization have been increasingly prominent due to the chaotic competition in the data industry. The usercentered unilateral protection framework has been unable to meet the demand for data utilization and innovation in the current era of data economy. In the process of building data right system, we should distinguish the status and properties of data rights, take into account the bidirectional dynamics of data economy and regulate data users’ and business dealers’ respective rights and interests by identifying personal information from digital assets, so as to form a more diversified data management system and facilitate the most optimized protection and utilization of big data resources.

Based on the history of agricultural mechanization in Jiajiazhuang Village of Fenyang city in Shanxi Province, this paper focuses on farmers’ growing subjectivity in the process of agricultural mechanization and concludes that agricultural machinery played an “enabling” role with political implications. Agricultural machinery improved work efficiency, created agricultural modernization in the countryside and emancipated women due to its critical role in the genderdistinct labor division, thus becoming the driving force for the masses of farmers to emancipate mind and give full play to their subjective initiative. In a word, agricultural machinery empowered farmers the capability of “being their own masters” economically and politically. The political implication of the “enabling” role of agricultural machinery lies in the fact that in the manner of “overseas and local combination”, farmers integrated their own development into agricultural mechanization. In the process of agricultural mechanization which started with a nationwide massbased machinery reform, masses of farmers constituted the main body, so agricultural mechanization had traits of mobilizing social revolutionary. China’s development path to agricultural mechanization is the outcome of the dialectical thinking and the implementation of the mass line by the Communist Party of China based on national conditions in the 1950s. Taking agricultural mechanization as the starting point, this paper explores the ideological role of “technology” by trying to integrate both case studies of individual farmers and historical narration, in order to better understand China’s choice in the path to the popularization of agricultural science and technology and its historical significance.

Classical philology represented by Oxford and Cambridge in the 19th century was the embryo stage of British literary criticism; the period from the late 19th century to the early 20th century constitutes the transformation stage that witnessed the turn from classical philology to the discipline of British literary criticism; and the first twenty years of the 20th century can be deemed as the disciplinary establishment stage during which British literary criticism moved from the verge of university humanities education to the center.

As China’s economy is transferring from highspeed to highquality growth, it is inevitable to take the connotative development path given the current economic situation. The humanoriented new green urbanization will facilitate sustainable and connotative economic development. Conventional urbanization has contributed to rapid economic growth, but also caused serious environmental pollution and massive discharge of garbage. New urbanization, as a new driving force and pattern of economic growth, should not only promote the economy in terms of quantity and speed, but also play a role in environmental governance so as to promote highquality economic growth. The research results show that new green urbanization has a significant role in promoting China’s economic growth by eliminating the economic growth gap among different regions and effectively relieving environmental pollution problems. As the central and western regions have more space to develop green urbanization, we should increase green investment in these regions, accelerate their urbanization process and aim at highquality urbanization so as to give full play to new urbanization and promote sustainable economic growth.

The reputation of Chinese artists, as epitome of Chinese cultural dissemination, reflects not only how China and the West perceives Chinese arts, but also the influence of Chinese culture in the world. There are significant cognitive differences between China and the West in viewing Chinese artists. China pays more attention to modern artists, while the West obviously “values the past far more than the present”, so there are sharp differences in the mechanism of reputation building and channels of fame obtaining between China and the West. The major channel for Chinese artists to gain reputation domestically is to be included into the narrative tradition in the history of Chinese arts while having multiple other identities such as literati and officials. The historical evolution of Chinese artists’ international reputation have been consistent throughout the times, yet featured with timesharing aggregation, which is inseparable from the nation’s fate on the whole. Both internal factors such as the source of artists’ inheritance and external factors such as religion, economy and trade, cultural exchanges have played an important role in influencing Chinese artists’ international popularity. A study of artists’ reputation based on big data will present a new research paradigm to the global dissemination of Chinese culture.
