The two generations of abused women in discussion had different interpretations of domestic violence and adopted different strategies to seek help and get divorces. The older group of abused women, mostly born  in patriarchal families soon after the founding of New China, had a fatalistic interpretation of domestic violence and had stayed in abusive relationships for many years. They would often seek help from neighbors, original families, working units, and the Women's Federation. The younger generation group, born after China's reform and opening up policy, were bettereducated and had a rather strong sense of gender equality and human rights. With "zero tolerance" of domestic violence, the latter preferred to call police or to seek medical help and psychological counseling when encountering domestic violence, and were rather determined to leave abusive relationships. We examine how gender, age, generation difference, social stratum and level of education influence the two generations of abused women and offer suggestions for female survivors of domestic violence according to their different needs.

Vocational school girls' response to regulations, perception and coping logicis analyzed in two different approaches: body structure mode and body action mode in the perspective of the sociology of body. The study reveals that considering the shared identity as “poor students”, vocational schools no longer highlight students' academic performance, but focus on “rulesobeying” and “extracurricular activities”; Vocational schools set for students a foreseeable future, which is, however, rejected by vocational school girls who have their own career planning; Girls in vocational schools have perceived the school structural constraints, but have no power to defy them. As a result, they come out with two set of completely different coping strategies inside and outside schools. At school, they present themselves as “good girls”, abiding by school rules and regulations. Outside school, they appear to be “bad girls” who smoke, drink and have romance with “rogues” in bars and KTVs. They pin their hope on the outside of the school, longing for love, marriage and family. Hopefully, this study will bring a better understanding of the special group of vocational school girls.

JeanFranois Lyotard's film philosophy stems from histheory of“libidinal economy” expounded in the 1970s. He presents the basic characteristics of the film as libidinal device by analyzing the representative space of theater and the division and the function of triple space. Back to the moving nature of cinema, Lyotard puts forward two types of film forms against the libidinal device: immobility and agitation in the experimental films and underground films. For feature films and historical essay films, excessive accumulation of the representations of reality will lead to the so called “metamorphose of seduction”. In Italian neorealism films, those shots of ordinary items such as pan that describe everyday experience will break through the authority of libidinal device and express the sovereignty of film oriented toward future.

Though Derrida is not a typical film theorist, his thoughts on film experience echo his concepts in philosophy, literature and painting, which brings certain space to conceptualize the former: the superimpositions between belief and nonbelief, between the ghost of the past and the image of the present, between seeing and seeing seeing itself, and between the image and the voice in the cinema. In each layer of superimpositions, there remains a special kind of discretization, which leads different paths to overcoming subjectivity. Derrida's film theory embodies his style of thinking at this point, that is, constructing in a deconstructive way to maintain the fresh activity of film thinking itself.

Sartre’s film theory was gradually enriched and improved with the advancement of his philosophical research and literary practice. The development of his film theory consists of three phases. In the first phase of “phenomenological psychology” in the 1930s, he started with “imaginaries”, pointing out their psychological and symbolic characteristics. During the second phase of “existentialism” in the 1940s, he held that imaginaries predated existence and generated the authenticity and meaning of the nature of life through superimposition. During the third phase of “Marxism” from the 1940s to the 1960s, he believed that the essence of film was speaking to the mass, so film production and dissemination acquires the features of industrialization and socialization.

After the founding of new China, the Communist Party of China committed itself to agricultural collectivization which became a practice of historic significance in the process of forming the Statefarmers relationship. From the mutual aid team to the elementary and advanced agricultural cooperatives, and then to people's communes, the vast rural areas gradually got organized and institutionalized through integration. By examining and analyzing the characteristics of this particular phase of agricultural collectivization and its impact, this paper reveals that getting organized and improving technology as a macro mechanism to achieve collectivization not only enables the explicit agricultural revolution to unfold unceasingly, but also provides an important institutional foundation for rural socialism after 1949.

Zhao Shuli regarded the popularization movement of arts and literature which he vigorously advocated since 1941 as a major channel of “cultural popularization” and a part of the New Enlightenment Movement, thus realizing “new enlightenment” for “cultural popularization”. That the enlightenment was deemed as “new” is due to the fact that, compared with the May 4th Enlightenment, this enlightenment resorted to the awakening of people, the consciousness of the masses and to be more exact, the consciousness of the masses as the masses, so that a new ethical world could be established in real life. “Cultural Popularization” means not only that culture becomes the culture of the masses, but also that the masses become the masses themselves through culture. The Marriage of Young Blacky, a product of Zhao Shuli's popularization practice, is a popular story and more of a new enlightenment story. Blacky and Qin were naturally enlightened in the process of “falling in love” and had to rebuild a new ethical world from the disintegrated rural order, a world consisting in two parts: nature and law.

Digital economy, an important driving force of and a practical approach to indepth supplyside reform, consumption upgrading and mode innovation, has scored enormous achievements in the new era while incurring many regulatory risks and hazards. The basic logic behind digital economic growth is an ecological industrial chain based on data and big data resources. However, as a result of current blurry data property system, various competition activities involving data resources have seriously challenged the existing laws and their enforcement mechanism. To solve the predicament of inadequate regulatory supply and weak enforcement, we should adjust to the digital economic growth, upgrade regulatory concepts and methods, establish the logic of systematic regulation, employ the overall multilevel regulatory thinking, improve the enforcement mechanism and try to construct a multidimensional, diversified and allround regulatory system of economic law led by government and participated by business operators, consumers and social organizations. This regulation system should rely on the interaction of toplevel design and toplevel drive, value the balance of multiinterests among various groups, and finally aim at threedimensional integration of efficiency, fairness and security.

Institutional problems exist in Chinese commercial mediation mechanism such as the lack of legislation on commercial mediation, the absence of an accreditation mechanism for mediators and the necessity of a unified professional code for mediators which can reach international standards. These problems will be more hazardous to China after the Singapore Mediation Convention comes into effect. As a result, courts will have to acknowledge international mediated settlement agreements on commercial disputes indiscriminately, thus dampening the justification of international commercial mediation and in turn reducing the mediation attractiveness to parties concerned. In view of this, first of all, China should legislate on commercial mediation, regulating affairs such as the application scope of mediation, confidentiality of mediation and implementation of mediation agreements. Secondly, a unified accreditation system for mediators should be sponsored by nongovernmental organizations. Thirdly, a set of model professional codes for mediators should be made, according to which the violation of the codes shall negatively affect the accreditation of a mediator. Fourthly, an integrated marketoriented mediation mechanism consisting of institutional, lawyer and industry mediation can be facilitated by the combined use of accreditation of mediators and a model professional code.
