It is a doubtful judgment that the level of SinoRussian economic and trade cooperation is disproportionate to the bilateral relations and trade potential. There are many logical problems in the existing methods for calculating trade potential, thus the SinoRussian trade potential estimated accordingly cannot accurately reflect the basic national conditions of the two countries. Based on the characteristics of resource endowments, the stages of economic growth and the dependence of economic development on open trade, there are some ceiling restrictions in the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. These restrictions include the total volume of bilateral trade, its share of foreign trade in each other, the structure of economic output and the difference in the strategies for foreign economic relations. They not only determine the current level of SinoRussian economic and trade cooperation, but also the growth space in the future. The problems accumulated in the Russia's economic development and the future direction of its economic policies should be regarded as the basis in judging the future growth space of SinoRussian economic and trade cooperation. Large projects and energy cooperation, investment cooperation, financial cooperation and trade cooperation in intermediate products will be the major areas of future SinoRussian economic and trade cooperation and important directions for policy cooperation as well.

The expansion of U.S. dollar exterritorial jurisdiction has made numerous Chinese enterprises and financial institutions sanctioned for the violation of U.S. unilateral economic sanction laws and the Foreign Corruption Practices Act during the process of “going global”. Under the background of the U.S. expansion of extraterritorial jurisdiction over U.S. dollar transactions, “DeDollarization” is becoming a trend. As Renminbi has become one of the Special Drawing Rights (SDR) currencies of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Renminbi is expected to play an increasingly important role in international settlements. Therefore, on one hand, we need to consider how to construct the supporting financial regulation systems during the process of the internationalization of Renminbi. On the other hand, as the conflicts of the interests between China and the United States and China’s coping tactics in response to “DeDollarization” pose new challenges to Chinese legislators and policy makers, research on the legislative and judicial practices of the United States’establishment of extraterritorial jurisdiction over U.S. dollar transactions will shed on reflections and enlightenments to improve Chinese financial regulatory legislations, which is of great practical significance.

Edward Yang shows strong “author’s presence” in his films while addressing “sense and sensibility”, different from that in films like Springtime in a Small Town. His films demonstrate more of his personal conflicting “sense and sensibility”. As a typical type of intrusive writing, his works acquire the inclination to ruminate the author’s personal history, emotions, feelings and the like as well as an effect of “selfoxidation”. It is through this “wrapped slurry styled writing” that endows Yang’s films with distinctive brilliance.

European and American films of early period demonstrated distinctive “attractions”during the late 19th and early 20th century, and the magic trick films in particular, created effects of body sensationalism by illusions and tricks. The special visual effects such as stop trick and superimposition made “sudden morphs” on big screen; in the meantime various themes like exoticism, ghost, scifi and magic brought gothic sensational experience to early audiences. These changing tricks and illusions created by films became an important means of training the body senses, thus providing an effective channel and chance for the audiences of the early cinematic period to adapt to the fast changing urban modernity.

With the aid of network technology and digital information, digital capitalism has accomplished survival of digital existence as well as continuous accumulation and expansion of capital. On the surface, the production, circulation, distribution and consumption of capital and the acquisition of surplus value no longer depend on labor, but on information and technology. However, digital capitalism has concealed privatized mode of production in the name of “economic revolution”, concealed the true source of surplus value by holding high technology determinism, concealed exploitation through the value law of equivalent exchange, and concealed poverty and inequality in the form of capital accumulation. The fundamental factors defining capitalism have not  changed in digital capitalism. Neither have private ownership and the law of value. Therefore, digital capitalism is still in the domain of “critique of political economy” within Capital, without falsifying or negating it.

Starting from Hegel’s Logics, Lenin reinterprets Marx’s Capital in his“Bern Notes”, revealing the “capital” logic in Capital. In Lenin’s view, materialistic logic, dialectics, and epistemology in Capital are “the same thing” andall that is valuable in Hegel’s logicsis that logic follows the path that it constitutes itself, thus being a “connotation logic”that integrates form and content. Marx’s Capitalabsorbs and develops such value and further turns Hegel’s conceptual connotation logicinto historical connotation logic. In view of this, the logic with capitalized letter as the logic of Capital does not refer to the narrativeor research logic of Capital, but to the grand logic of the development of human history. This grand logic of historical development is the unity of the logic of the way of human existence and that of human social development.

Han Peisheng, an agricultural technician in Liu Qing’s novel History of Entrepreneurship, vividly reflects the writer’s reflection on the relationship between “agricultural technology” and “cooperative movement”. Different from the novels of the same theme in the 1950s, Liu’s History of Entrepreneurship depicts “cooperative movement” from the perspective of ethical dimension while activating the political context of “technological discourse”. Viewed from this perspective, the narration of Han Peisheng’s promotion of agricultural technology presents multiple dimensions and forms interconnected four aspects of scientific, social, political and ethical practice. Liu Qing depicts the deep tensions of “ethics” and “technology” in the “cooperative movement”, as well as deep and profound reflections on the modernization imagination in the “statevillage” dualistic structure.

According to the traditional standard of negligence determination, the Civil Law System adopts the kindhearted Father Criterion while the Common Law System adopts the Reasonable Persons Criterion. The Hand Formula has been created with the development of the analytic techniques of Economics of Law. It is considered to be the evolution of the standard of negligence determination, but in the meantime difficult to quantify. According to the Intersubjectivity theory, the traditional standard and the Hand Formula are unified in the subjectiveobjective continuum. The traditional standard has a relatively weaker objectivity without being purely subjective while the Hand Formula has a stronger objectivity without being purely objective, so the difficulty in quantification is inevitable. In order to solve the dilemma, the Modified Hand Formula including four propositions is proposed based on the assumption that the original Hand Formula would have a correct probability of N.

: “What is a masterpiece?” is discussed by aestheticians and art critics in different times. This concept is often controversial in two aspects: on the one hand, it is always related to the concept of "perfection" changing with time, which leads to the deficiency of the criteria for "perfection". On the other hand, the concept of "masterpiece" was first defined in the Romantic period as something that is beyond the reach of real works. This question also leads us to a debate on aesthetic criteria, some insisting that aesthetic evaluation is subjective and relativistic, while others believing that it is objective and universal. The aesthetic value of a work is not only  based on its own value, but  often subject to historical, social and other factors. Masterpiece is the silent guardian of artistic mystery. In the face of artistic works, we should temporarily suspend the judgment to let the feelings present itself naturally. Masterpiece is precisely the work which spontaneously establishes the relationship between us and aesthetics, which leads to various interpretations and meanwhile provokes all descriptions.

Thus, the release of human capital mobility stimulates individual innovation behavior and is an initiative to promote innovation to change from public sector innovation to universal innovation. Government departments can increase the talent through the introduction of efforts to establish personnel protection mechanism and other measures to increase human capital mobility, stimulate personal innovation and promote innovation to change the model.
