    Livelihood has been the base for building a harmonious society. Chinese government has done a large quantity of work with many social communities in livelihood guarantee and improvement, and has often gone extreme because of lacking dialectics in cognition. The paper suggests that government function center on livelihood. Research of livelihood is of academic importance and should be paid enough attention.

    Constructing harmonious labor relation is the base for a harmonious society. Market economic countries have strengthened their comprehensive interference on labor relations, and have developed a set of the complete normative systems, which softens the confrontation relation. To construct harmonious labor relation needs a set of systematic management. System making and application must depend on government power. So, government is to undertake function in constructing a harmonious labor relation, in running, managing and supervising. At present, Chinese government is establishing a harmonious labor relation with Chinese characteristics by learning successful experiences from outside, by adopting legal, administrative, and economic means.

    Bazin, as an active advocate of film realistic aesthetics after WWII, pointed out that the psychological background of film origin was The Myth of Total Cinema. His theoretical background of realistic aesthetics was his ontology of the photographic image based on the theory of The Myth of Total Chinema. And this endowed The Myth of Total Cinema with teleological mistake, and in the same time, exposed the limitation of the ontology of photographic image. His expression on the relation of representation and manifestation highlights the objectivity of cinema, function of representation or, from the angle of ontology, he overestimated the power of representation and underestimated function of manifestation. This is an obvious mistake in theoretical expression.

    〖WTBZ]Communication studies have been going on in China for 30 years. During that period, China has studied, imported, and absorbed Western communication studies, and has constructed its own communication theory and media industry. As a result, China's communication studies developed into four academic groups of Marxism, innovation & reform, marketization, and criticism. Even though, China's communication studies are still in a lower level, lacking a healthy and scientific academic surrounding and public credibility, without a normal criticism, having serious utilitarianism and industrialization: it has not developed its own theory and still in the stage of interpreting China with Western discourse.

    By comprehensively reviewing the historical and social context of all theories, and by using interdisciplinary perspective to explore semantic and pragmatic meanings of key concepts, the paper compares the crucial theoretical results in media system. By comprehensive theoretical analysis, the following conclusions are arrived at: that Four Theories, the Social Responsibility in particular, does not deny, but rather saves and consolidates American core value of freedom, democracy, and individualism; that freedom in general is not a simple and static concept, but one with complicated connotation and history; that Four Theories of the Press, like an academic generator, greatly enlightens the later research; that academic discourse rights is to be used modestly.

    English novelist Orwell has questioned: "How can we know so little, given that we have so much evidence?" To this question, Chomsky steered his research in media studies. He analyzed Orwell's Problem and concluded that social institutions and political power interfered with people's cognitive ability, and that ideology blocked their perspective. He spent his life in pursuit of Plato's Problem and Orwell's Problem, which are adverse but interrelated. Orwell's Problem, which Chomsky hasn't done with, is open to be developed in two levels: the relation between the public's escape from freedom and media control, mechanism of social control in media discourse.

    In the novels of the Ming and Qing dynasties, the motif of unexpected curative properties of snake venom can promote relationship between husband and wife, motherinlaw and daughterinlaw, or lead to marriage. In the diachronic development of motif, individual text which is simply narrative becomes richer and richer in folklore connotation. Various copies of the same text affect their readers interactively. These stories from Buddhist Sutras, influencing each other and interacting with each other, become mature by adding new details. These stories become more credible when they are connected with customs in particular areas.
