摘要： 与其他发展中国家贸易摩擦迅速增多已经成为中国近年来对外经济贸易遇到的一个突出问题。在以执行乌拉圭回合协议为核心内容的这一轮经济全球化和贸易自由化过程中，各国经济发展不平衡引起经济贸易利益分配的不平衡。中国与发展中国家的贸易摩擦，其实质是发展中国家在全球化背景下对自身经济政治利益诉求的反映。中国应当充分了解并顾及发展中国家的利益诉求，妥善处理与发展中国家的贸易摩擦，在复杂的国际政治经济格局变动中维护国家利益。

Abstract: In recent years, China's trade frictions with other developing countries are increasing rapidly. In Complying with Uruguay Round Agreements to realize economic globalization and trade liberalization, the unbalanced development among countries arouses the unbalanced trade benefits. The frictions reflect developing countries' selfinterest appeal in economy and politics under the global background. China is obliged to fully comprehend and consider the interest appeals of other countries, to rightly deal with trade frictions, and to further safeguard national interests on the changeable, complicated, international economic and political framework.
