City Service Culture: a New Way to the Construction of a Harmonious City

摘要: 从服务经济社会层面探讨城市服务文化问题是建设和谐城市的新路径。因为服务文化整合了城市建设的各种要素,推动着城市建设的系统间、要素间及信息间的连通和协同。一个城市的服务文化因其定位而确立独特性;因其历史特色而形成过程性;因其结构而表现出对其的生理、心理的感受。服务文化同时是一种城市主体间约定的规则,是物质基础的实际反映,是城市的标志与象征,具有汇集、引导和发挥城市建设要素的功能。所以,城市服务文化的建设要明确其内核,并科学地选择其建设路径。

Abstract: The article investigates that city service culture is a new path to constructing a harmonious city from the viewpoint of service economic society, because it integrates all elements in the urban construction and helps with connection and cooperation. The cultural orientation makes a city unique; historical characteristics form its process property; city's structure shows man's physiological and psychological feelings. Service culture is simultaneously an agreed rule among city subjects, an actual reflection of material base, and city's logo and symbol. It collects, drives, and exerts those elements of a city, and is thus a scientific way to city's construction.
