During the 30 years of reform and opening up, China makes great achievements in economic construction, but, at the same time, faces the increasingly serious problems of environments. Therefore, China wants to change the original mode of economic growth, building a lowcarbon economy. At the present, China is in a period of industrial and rapid urbanization. Although, because of the structure of coaldominated energy, China' s carbon dioxide emissions are in the front of the world, its per capita emissions are much lower than ones in developed countries. In this way, China should undertake a commonbutdifferentiated responsibility of reducing emissions. As the first step towards the low carbon economy, it is necessary for China' s traditional industries to save energy, reduce emissions and develop a circular economy. After that, the technology of advanced manufacturing and the internet of things should be developed so as to form a breakthrough of lowcarbon economy. While the adjustment of energy structure and the development of nuclear power and renewable energy are the basis for establishing lowcarbon society, advocating a lowcarbon, energysaving way of life is its fundamental guarantee.

In the mixed areas of Chinese and foreigners in modern Shanghai, there appear some interracial marriages, most of which are informal, thus producing a halfbreed question. Although there is no exact statistics of halfbreed in modern Shanghai, its number must be impressive, because, for this, foreign immigrants establish a kind of school specializing in the Eurasian halfbreed. Since they are neither recognized by the Shanghai foreign community nor accepted by the Chinese community in Shanghai, they unavoidably fall into the margins of two cultures, being in a rather awkward position in such aspects as employment and sociality. The reason why it has such an impact concerns about both different cultural gaps and complicated backgrounds of international politics. The interracial marriage and halfbreed involve in such questions as cultural tradition and national psychology, which is a valuable study topic of intercultural communication. But, for this research, there is hardly any information to draw. This essay, only based on the accumulated sporadic archives and other documents, makes a preliminary approach to this question.

The academic research for China' s film can be divided into two parts: the Chinese language and the foreign language. And the former is the main body. Chiefly, the academic literature of the Chinese film in the Chinese language is distributed in China' s mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Before 1980s, it is sporadic, and after that, the research enters into a prosperous period, which continues to this day. For the reasons of politics, history and industry, the Chinese film study of the three places, in a period of time, focuses on their own regions, and, at the same time, gives some consideration to the interesting topics of the other regions. Methodologically, before 1980s, the film studies in the mainland take politics and ideology as the main enter point, and, up to 1980s and 1990s, turn to aesthetics, culture and industry, while the ones both in Hong Kong and Taiwan mainly concern about industry, history and genre. In 1990s, the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, in the aspect of the film study, pay more attention to the interaction and each other' s development. And in the new century, the new concept of the "Chinese film", which transcends the political boundaries and covers the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, providing a new academic perspective of the Chinese film study. As for the academic literature of the Chinese film in the foreign language, it mainly appears after 1980s, and,is mostly published in English in Europe and the United State. But, since 1990s, it has developed rapidly and maturated increasingly, giving an impact to the indigenous studies. Nowadays, China' s film study, or the Chinese film study, has become an international academic sector.

The process of narrative development for the sixty years of the New China film, viewing from the perspective of national narratives and intersubjectivity, can be divided into three major periods, that is, the period of the "pure narrative of socialist reality", and the period of the "discourse narrative of extreme political power", and the period of the "new film narrative towards diversification and marketing. And the narrative evolution of the three periods shows that the resplendence and prosperity of the film narrative are inseparably related to the benign circulation of the dynamic balance and harmonious interaction between its subjectivity and intersubjectivity, among which, the subject of powerinstitution being representative of the national narrative level plays a "dominant" role both in the narrative innovation and pursuit of the subject of narrativecreation and in the amusement and feedback of the subject of acceptanceaudience. It is the key factor that establishes the overall outlook and leading mode of the film narrative in New China.

    Remodeling Contemporary "Femininity"

Zhou Xun, as a most representative star in contemporary actresses of the Chinese film and television, has created a unique "wizard" temperament. Being an idealized cultural representation in construction of the gender politics of contemporary women, she has become a favorite of social ideology, film market and mass media, having great allure. The "femininity" created by Zhou Xun consists mainly of three aspects. First, the female body works as a "structured polysemy thing", and, by turning the body, achieve the double apotheosis of selfconstruction and desire wonders; secondly, the temptation and punishment faced by females has become a mode, an eternal legend in the order of genders; Finally, the responsibility and sacrifice by aggrieved females, although achieving selfworth in psychological recognition of motherhood, is difficult to escape the plight of male power games.

An Empirical Study of the Development Strategy of Cultural Industry
in Shanghai Suburbs on a Basis of Consumption Satisfaction

Shanghai cultural industry, as an important part of the comprehensive competitiveness in Shanghai, has increasingly become an important industry of modern service. Facing the opportunity and challenge of the new century as well as the objective of building an international metropolis, both Shanghai CPC Committee and Government point clearly out that the suburbs are the main battlefield of the future development in Shanghai. But, however, the development imbalance of economy and culture in urban and suburban areas will inevitably lead to the difference between the development strategy of urban cultural industry and the development strategy of rural cultural industry. This essay, taking the Songjiang District in Shanghai as the case, has an empirical study of the development strategy of rural cultural industry. The survey shows that the monotonous pattern of cultural consumption, the single access to obtaining the information of cultural consumption, as well as the disproportion of existing cultural facilities, hardware and software, have become the major obstacle of cultural consumption in rural residents. While, as a whole, households have a higher level of cultural consumption, the future expenditure is expected to reduce substantially, making a little contribution to the GDP of the Songjiang District. Therefore, for the development of cultural industry in Shanghai suburbs, it is necessary, according to its own characteristics, to select the dominant industry of culture, and, while implementing of the strategy of industry chain cluster, to develop greatly the public enterprise of culture, not only improving the environment of cultural consumption in suburban residents, but also, by full use of various information channels, mobilizing the enthusiasm of residents in cultural consumption. The abovementioned is the key factor in the development of cultural industry in Shanghai suburbs.

The Challenges Faced by Organizational Behavior and the
Trends in Research for Organizational Behavior

Since 1980s and 1990s, organizational behavior has faced unprecedented challenges. In the system of external environment, appears a tendency to the fact that variability and complexity increase while stability and certainty decrease, which, on the one hand, shakes the principles and methods of attaching importance to strict division of work by traditional organizational design; and, on the other hand, comprehensively updates value criteria and value orientations of organizational development, requesting organization to establish the concepts of a new effectiveness and a new ecology. At the same time, for people in the organization, also appears a tendency to workvalues diversity, structural differentiation, and diversification of workassignment and worknature, requesting organization to respond to this tendency by way of ensuring the stability of workers. Moreover, the extensive application of information technology is changing and will further change organization' s managing technologies and acting processes, promoting organization' s change from constructing a clear, rigid boundary to establishing no border management or border infiltration management. The challenges face by organizational behavior raise new demands for research for organizational behavior, thus causing a series of changes in the study of organizational behavior from positions to objects, even to methods. Since each period' s theories and methods of management inherit and develop previous period' s exploration and study, the research for organizational behavior will inevitably have a constant innovation and development with the historical change of the theory and practice of management.

Network Culture: the Postmodern Marriage of
    Technology and Culture

Network culture, as a new spectacle of culture, is the newest marriage of technology and culture. By way of the dismantling and deformation of network language as well as the displacement and subversion of popular culture identity, it gives an interpretation of cultural diversity and freedom spirit, thus, in this post new culture movement, masses turning for the first time from the providers of cultural materials into the producers of culture, and really acting as cultural protagonists. Moreover, by virtue of the cultural experiments such as the "wespirit" and "microcontent", the "silent majority" really speaks for the first time, which forms the thunderous "new ideas", "implodes" the "information cocoons" and "group polarization", and pushes forward the postmodern change of humanistic spirit. Therefore, freedom turns into postfreedom, democracy into postdemocracy, and subjectivity into postsubjectivity so as to, finally, possess the ability to reconstruct human culture and human society. But, at the same time, viewing from another perspective, network culture also displays some other images: cultural hegemony, virtual alienation and mass manipulation. In other words, network culture also has a function of multiprism. On the whole, it reflects more sunlight than shadow, because, time and time again, the practice tells us that the former is far more than the latter.

The modernity of Hotel du Lac is very distinct: not only does the novel make a deep approach to the loneliness of modern consciousness, showing the protagonist' s confusion of personal identity and existential meaning as well as the persistent pursue of them although being in vain, but also the novel, when describing the protagonist' s development of character and psychology, is so influenced by Freud' s psychoanalysis as to make a good use of stream consciousness, disclosing the protagonist' s "psychological reality", in addition to the traditional description of purely objective way. At the same time, the novel also comprises the elements of postmodernity, which is not able to be ignored. As far as the postmodern meaning is concerned, the novel implies, not more than once, Lacan' s imaginary order and symbolic order, and, by using a lot of male discourse, depicts the female in the novel, showing a deep concern for the singular intellectual female' s anxiety in the present British society. Moreover, it adopts such techniques of postmodernism as intertextuality, metafiction and impression pictures. Therefore, instead of just a novel characteristic of classic, traditional realism, it should be considered as a new realistic novel, which is on the rise both in the United Kingdom and in the United States.

The US is wellknown for its "super media empire", the influence of which, just as its powerful scientific technologies, catches people' s eyes. During the age of the contemporary globalization of news communication, it is significant to concern about the existing forms and development of the US newsreport so as to get some useful reference and inspiration. The two countries of China and the US are different from each other in newsreport environments, each having its unique existence and rationality, which means that the system, regulation and operation of newsreports derived from these two social forms also have their different rationality, difference, and regularity. Therefore, when an evaluation of both China' s and the US newsreport is given, a dialectical viewpoint should be held. On the other hand, for the newsreport of China and the US, there also exists some common convergence in such aspect as the procedure of journalist interviews. When the US newsreport discourse is in use, it shows a certain degree of individuality, characteristic of multiple factors, such as parts of speech, context, pragmatics, which, to some extent, helps to convey the appropriateness, effectiveness and vividness. Of course, everything can not be generalized. For the features and usage of the U.S. newsreport, the same is also true. Although, for the US newsreport, not everything is good, it does have much to learn in such aspects as the application of verbs and "subconcepts", the supplement of "potential dialogues" and "information empty", and the pursuit for the expression of effective information. All these will be helpful in getting rid of China' s current bureaucrat, stereotype, formulas in newsreports and in pursuing the creative expression of newsreport discourse, not only satisfying the audience with more news and much information, but also enhancing further the influence of news communication and the credibility of mass media.
