A Probe into the Style of Bao Zhao' s Yuefu Surrogate
——Also Comment on the Traditional Yuefu in the Han and Wei Dynasties(Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong, China)Abstract: The Yuefu surrogate in Bao Zhao' s works is a special Yuefu, which is not the restoration of the Yuefu in the Han and Wei dynasties although it includes lots of basic traditional factors. While the word "surrogate" marks its innovation on a basis of tradition, both the expression of his own meaning through old styles and the replacement of the old topic with the new one indicate the relation and difference between his parody and the traditional creation. And the exploration of the new perspective supplied by the Yuefu surrogate will give a clear understanding of the difference between the traditional one and the contemporary one as well as his different attitudes to different Yuefu styles. Most of his Yuefu surrogates are fivecharacter ancient poems, embodying his recognition of the creative tradition in the dynasties of Han, Wei and Jin. Firstly, there are more old topics and less new ones. Secondly, the part of his works profits by the single style of the Han Yuefu favoring narrative or scene, and, by way of the design of some character or scene or plot, expresses intently his own emotion. Thirdly, some of his patterns on allegorystirring are more approach to the Han Yuefu although this features all the ancient poems in the Han and Wei dynasties. Fourthly, just like the ancient poem and Yuefu in the Han Dynasty, he loves to sum up wise sayings full of philosophy. Fifthly, his writing is more natural than abstract, especially in his opening and closing. Of course, the most important is the universality of his lyric perspective, that is to say, adopting the surrogate style as well as the corresponding traditional themes such as the living or death, homesick or familylove, separating or remeeting, enlistment or sightseeing, etc. All these are in the scope of traditional themes, without specific events or objects. The real touching of his emotion is concealed in perfect allegorystirring as well as fictional characters or scenes. Therefore, his individual contradictory emotion vaguely embodies in people' s common feeling. In conclusion, Bao zhao' s Yuefu surrogate reflects his deep understanding of the style of the HanWei Yuefu as well as its creative features, and supplies the later TangYuefu with valuable experiences. And his innovation in the Yuefu surrogate, especially the tendency to the ancientpoeticizing, not only brings about the diversity of the expressive perspective of the Yuefu but also give a deep influence on Li Bai' s ancienttopic Yuefu.

In the history of the cultural exchange between China and Western countries, the spreading of Tang poems into the English world is a big event, for which a group of missionaries and diplomats give a beginning, thus laying a good foundation. The first missionary translator was Robert Morrison whose Translations from the Original Chinese with Notes was published in 1915 by East India Company in Canton. And Joseph Edkins, as a missionary, had lived in China for half a century, and published two essays that made a critical comment on Li Bai and his poems. And Sir John Francis Davis, Edward Harper Parke, Herbert Allen Giles and William John Bainbrigge Fletcher, who are early diplomats of the British Embassy in China, all had made their translation and introduction, among which Fletcher' s Gems of Chinese Verse was the first uncompleted Tang poems in English version, giving a deep influence. All these missionaries and diplomats came to China either in the 19th century or in the beginning of the 20th century. Since they had lived in China for a long time, they had a good grasp of Chinese language and a considerable understanding of Chinese traditional culture. Their translating, although not from firstrate origins, and having lots of flaws, or even much misunderstanding, not only manifests their respect and love for Tang poems as the ancient Chinese tradition but also, from different sides and different levels, promotes Tang poems as an important part of the Chinese ancient literature into the cultural view of Western countries so that the cultural explorers in the English world can look, here and there, up into the crest of the eastern poetic country.

The construction of the Chinese film aesthetics was initiated in the early 1980s. After that, it began to develop gradually. Due to the different cultural background and aesthetic tradition, the Chinese film aesthetics differs greatly from the Western film aesthetics although there is much similarity between them. Therefore, instead of being simply transplanted, the construction of the Chinese film aesthetics should be, on a basis of learning and borrowing, integrated into the elements of the Chinese culture and the Chinese theoretical tradition so as to give prominence to the characteristics of the Chinese indigenous culture. On the one hand, while the aesthetic relation between film and reality should further be probed into, the Chinese film theorists' research results on realism in film creation should be attached importance to; on the other hand, both a summary of all kinds of aesthetic experience and a further discussion on its creative rules should be underway. At the same time, a further research should be undergone on the aesthetic psychology and requirement of the Chinese audience, especially on the aesthetic psychological diversification when enjoying films so as to analyze the success of excellent films and make an approach to how the film beauty is produced in the integration of film and audience. And with the introduction to receptive esthetics, either the preexistent structure of audience or their expectant view or the influence of their receptive criticism on film creation, are worthy of studying. In a word, for the construction of the Chinese film aesthetics, it is necessary to introduce all kinds of basic Western theories, but an importance should be attached to drawing nutrition from the aesthetic tradition of the Chinese literature and art so as to integrate the aesthetic spirits of both Chinese film aesthetics and Chinese culture, to manifest richer eastern color and stronger indigenization.

From a century of research for the film and television, it has been proved that an actor or a star is the most attractive factor. This is because the "permanent value of a play lies in its characterization". Since digital hightechniques have created "digital actors", someone think that, from the level of theory, the day will come when real actors are replaced with "digital actors". Even some articles point sharply out that it is now the time to consider the disappearance of the photographed object before the camera. Can it be true: the development of digital hightechniques results in the replacement of the real image performance of film stars? Is there the same aesthetic value between the two? In other words, where is the aesthetic value for the image performance of real stars? By performance, there are two kinds of aesthetic value. One comes from the star himself; the other from his creative screenimage. For the film star, the real self integrates the virtual image so as to bring out the best result in each other, which combined beauty can never be acquired by the digital star. The screen beauty, or the performance charm, consists of six aspects: body, character, emotion, spirit, mettle and verve. Although the beauty of the external shape can be created by the digital star, the most important beauty is acquired by the face, which can express something indescribable. Especially the eyes, which serve as revealing one' s internal secret, can never be possessed by the digital star. And the character, by virtue of the director' s usage of film techniques, can be enlarged in such a degree that it produces an incalculable infectiousness, which is very difficult to be copied by the digital star. And the emotion, as one of the superlative aesthetic activities, is only produced by humans, which is also unable to be copied by the digital star. As for spirit, mettle and verve, they chiefly refer to the creation of the star besides his internal diathesis, all belonging to the kernel of the character. The performance of the real star is enjoyable because he can produce different personality, which is even unrivalled by any digital star. To sum up, the aesthetic value produced by the film star can never be acquired or replaced by the digital star.

The exploration of the Chinese contemporary film since 1990s, that is, the exhibition of topic, idea, narration, form and style, can be summed up as the research scope of the "vanguard politics", which was predominantly manifested in the following three aspects: the unprivileged perspective, the marginal culture represented by homoerotism and the panautobiography. On the one hand, the politics of the unprivileged perspective, by returning to the smooth narrative, and with the subjective creative consciousness, give a close concern and exhibition of the reality of the Chinese contemporary social transformation, and, by an elite narcissism or a mode different from the dated bird' seye view, pay so much attention to the marginal, unprivileged group, displaying an unconcealed, nonconceptual, detailed original life; and on the other hand, the politics of the homoerotism, through the specialty of the subculture such as homosexuality in ethical or aesthetic reception, establish a independent, blackboxed, social group, which, on the whole, possesses the legality of the "doingforthemselves" as well as the culture of the "independent individual". And the politics of the panautobiography, by way of the newsreel style breaking the grand narrative, display "my" condensed, complanate "individual life experience", and, through the microcosmic individual condition, reflect the world related to "I".

Relationship between performance and ownership structure of private listed companies has long been a hot topic deeply concerned by academic community and government both at home and abroad. There are lots of different research results, some of which are even contrary to each other. However, we are to propose theoretical assumptions and conduct our research on the basis of previous studies, from the perspective of relationship between performance and factors such as shareholding concentration and structure, checks and balances, etc. To test the theoretical assumptions proposed in the paper, we also have designed empirical models which have improved shortcomings of previous studies and examined effects of ownership structure on performance in a comprehensive way, thus providing proof for the theoretical assumptions.
Through studies on the relationship between private listed companies’ ownership structure and performances, we have some salutary conclusions and suggestions: Since there is a significant inverted Urelation between companies’ performances and largest proportion of shareholding, we suggest such an ownership structure that consists of several major shareholders supervising each other on their own behalves. And for those firms whose shares are highly concentrated, it can be achieved by decreasing the proportion of shares held by the first major shareholder or transferring them to other major shareholders. Meanwhile, for those private firms whose shares are too scattered, we advise that first major shareholder’s proportion of shareholding should be properly increased in order to improve those firms’ governance structure and performances; As institutional investor are positively related to companies’ performances, we suggest that nonstateowned institutional investors should be developed, to decrease the degree of shareholding concentration in domestic private listed companies, and to help form a system in which major shareholders, management, institutional investors and strategic investors check and balance each other; As the firms’ performances are positively related to shareholding proportion of management, we suggest that private listed companies could implement plans of management equity incentive to help improve their ownership structure and performances.
The research conducted in this paper has both theoretical and practical significances for the Chinese private listed companies to improve their performances.

Over the recent years, many foreign researchers have been exploring the strategic meaning of corporate social responsibility (CSR). CSR has been closely related with such key words as strategy, customer buying behavior, brand, and profitability. In China, corporations are still far from fully aware of the potential influence of CSR, and thus they are not active to assume CSR. Western theories and practices both demonstrate that assuming CSR not only is favorable for enhancing the entire social welfare, but also helps the companies themselves a lot in their own development. To encourage corporations in China to take on CSR more actively, in addition to making companies aware of the great impact of CSR on companies, exploring the link between CSR and customer satisfaction (CS) will be a good breakthrough point, for customer satisfaction, in marketing practice, is of strategic importance, and also has profound influence on the longterm profit and shareholder value. Therefore, research on the link between CSR and CS will lead corporations to improve their competitiveness with the appropriate CSR practice, and combine their own interests with the social welfare.
There have been mature research results in the fields concerning the concepts of CSR and CS, but empirical researches on the relationship between them are relatively few. Hence the basic thoughts, analysis tools and especially the index system in this thesis are on the basis of referring to the research results proposed in the current literature. Analysis of large amount of literature lays theoretical analysis foundation for the empirical research in this thesis, while the empirical research in return verifies the theoretic model and hypothesis. Based on literature analysis, this thesis establishes a theoretical model of CSR' s impact on CS. This model consists of five structure variables, which are CSR, corporate reputation, perception value, CS and customer loyalty, with the highlight of the three dimensions included in CSR.
Based on the demonstration in Shanghai milk industry as well as the customer evaluation and perception, this study explores the impact CSR puts on CS. According to 280 valid questionnaires from customers, by use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and regression analysis, this study examines the model and hypothesis. According to empirical research, this study provides the following conclusions: in Shanghai milk industry, all the three dimensions, namely, the three different responsibilities that enterprises assume to community, environment and customer, can influence customers'  general evaluation on CSR, but the importance of each varies; though CSR has no direct impact on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, it can put an obvious indirect impact on them remarkably through influencing enterprise reputation and customer perception value, so as to build a new passage for the link between CSR and CS.

Law flows in thinking and culture. And the flowage and development of humanistic spirit promotes the diversion of lawgoverning from the simplicity of taking class struggle as the central task or power bedrock to the harmony of people foremost, embodying the requirement of contemporary law and social justice in according with the idea of humanistic spirit. This is the most important achievement of law construction in the past 30 years of reform and opening to the world. While humanistic spirit has a rich connotation, always reflecting, in a definite society, people' s emphasis on their own dignity and value as to construct an idea of people foremost, the connotation of humanistic spirit is achieved in the real life of the society, and always interwoven with all kinds of issues in the real life. As far as the cultural manifestation of humanistic spirit is concerned, it can be considered as the moral scope of the affirmation and development of human value. While humanistic spirit is embodied in all the aspects of social life, reflecting the civilized degree of a society or country, it chiefly displaying, in contemporary real life, the critique and surpassing of materialism. At the same time, it is operated in multiple, cultural contradiction. The value of humanistic thinking and culture for lawgoverning and social justice lie in such a fact that when humanistic spirit develops justice and human nature, it is a logical startingpoint of the theories of lawgoverning and social justice; and when it questions lawful rationality, it is a thinking tool of lawgoverning and social justice; and when it claims for freedom, equality, humanright and justice, it displays a requirement for valuable culture needed by lawgoverning and social justice.

Raising enough social security funds is a necessary condition for the existence and development of social security tax system. In order to construct a harmonious society, the premise is, in the process of establishing a social security tax with distinct Chinese characteristics, to perfect gradually our social security system so as to safeguard people' s basic conditions for survival. Social security tax is a kind of duty that takes the taxpayer' s income as the levy object, not only featuring general taxation but also possessing such characters as progressive reducing, just using for a special purpose, being compensable and redistribution, all of which are distinctly different from other tax items. The experiences of many foreign countries should be drawn of how they choose the mode of social security tax conforming to their situation, how to perfect the system continuously in practice, and how to make a research for. China has now had sound economic foundations. While people' s consciousness of social security reaches a sufficient level, the corresponding law condition is also provided with. All these supply China with the condition of levying social security tax. It is significant for establishing our social security tax system to follow such principles as the unity between rights and duties, reasonable tax burden, common burden, balancing equity and efficiency and just using for a special purpose. A suggestion should also be made to adopt the project mode of social security tax fitting our condition, by which, a determination is made to such basic factors as the taxpayer, levy object, basis of tax assessment, tax rate, tax deduction or allowance, etc. What' s more, a necessary regulation should be made of our existent systems of budgetary and income tax so as to successfully establish and actualize social security tax system.
