Psychoanalysis: A Combination of Scientific Exploration and Humanistic Interpretation

摘要：  精神分析既是一套治疗各类心理疾病和心理障碍的手段，也是一套用来解释人的动机、行为的综合性理论。这是精神分析的一个重要特征。但是，如果将其置于20世纪社会思想发展的总体趋势这一背景下考察，精神分析一方面具有科学性，是科学探索的重要手段与方式；另一方面又具有人文性，它提出了一套深刻的阐释理论。两者相辅相成。该阐释理论与文艺批评中的“征兆性解读”密切相关。对文艺文本的“征兆性解读”使我们洞悉文本的“无意识”。

Abstract: It is well established that a vital characteristic of psychoanalysis is that it is not only an important means to curing a string of psychological diseases and disorders, but also a synthesizing theory in interpreting human being′s motives and behavior. However, if we put psychoanalysis under the context of overall thought development in the 20th century, it is not hard to detect that psychoanalysis seems to be the combination of scientific importance on one hand—being an instrument of scientific exploration of mindand humanistic value on the other—offering a profound theory of interpretation. The theory of humanistic interpretation is closely related to symptomatic reading in literary criticism, which helps reveal the “unconsciousness” in texts.
