摘要： 社会共识是社会主体自我意识的两种现实形式即权威社会评价活动和民众社会评价活动的有机统一。社会主义核心价值体系转化为社会共识是权威社会评价活动和民众社会评价活动相互影响、相互作用而达成一致的过程。这一过程的关键在于全体社会成员对社会主义核心价值体系的认同。要使社会主义核心价值体系最大限度地转化为社会共识，在于社会能够建立相应的社会机制。

Abstract:

Abstract： By social common understanding, we mean the organic unification of the two realist forms about the selfawareness of the social main body, that is, the organic unification of the authorities' social evaluation activities and the people's social evaluation activities. During the process of transformation from the socialist core value system to the social common understanding, these two activities act and influence so mutually as to reach an agreement. The most important thing of the process lies in the identity of the whole social members with the socialist core value system. In order to realize the maximum of this transformation, it is vital to construct the correspondent social mechanism.
