摘要： 摘要： 20世纪末，国际共产主义运动遭受严重挫折的原因是多元的，为后世留下了诸多深刻的教训，其中忽视思想文化层面的软实力建设是整个国际共产主义运动留给后世的惨痛教训。为有效控制西方国家思想文化入侵所带来的负面影响，中国有必要大力构建以社会主义核心价值体系为核心的主流文化价值体系。

Abstract: Abstract： At the last stage of the 20th century, the international communist movement was frustrated severely, the reason of which is multiple, giving a lot of profound lessons. Among them, the most painful is the negligence of the construction of the soft power in ideology and culture. For China, it is vital to construct the main cultural value system kernelling the socialist core value system so as to control successfully the negative influence brought by the intrusion of the ideology and culture in Western countries.
