上海建设和谐社会评价指标体系研究

摘要： “和谐社会”是一种整体性思考和解决社会发展问题的途径，它是一个由众多目标要素构成的全面系统的有机体系。在对胡锦涛总书记关于和谐社会涵义的深入理解基础上，笔者结合上海的5个特殊性以及运用系统论思想，认为上海建设和谐社会进程中追求五个目标因素：政治和谐、经济社会和谐、文化和谐、人与自然和谐和外部和谐。据此建立了上海建设和谐社会评价指标体系。实证分析表明，上海目前总体情况处于中度和谐状态。

Abstract: The paper first refers to some evaluation index systems concerned and integrates the five particularities of Shanghai; further it puts forward the evaluation index system of developing harmonious society in Shanghai by way of system theory; finally the paper evaluates the level of developing harmonious society in Shanghai. The result of empirical analysis shows that Shanghai is currently a moderate harmonious society as a whole.
