There is a complicated relationship between the resources and modernization of indigenous literature. While Su tong’s fiction embodies the possibility of the “south” as the creative resources of the contemporary literature as well as the other aesthetics at the age of globalization and modernization, Lu Wen-fu's unique favor in fiction, by way of the indigenous space of narrow streets and lanes, makes the possibility into the reality, which reaches the integration of the aesthetic expression and the cultural perspective. All the scholars of past dynasties acknowledge the momentum of Mengzi’s prose, which derives mainly from his inner spirit of personality. This personality, in essence, is a divided one, characteristic of tragedy. And there are two main reasons why he has the duality of tragedy in his cultural personality. One is the intellectual defect in his theory about monarch; the other the great difference between his self-position and the actual position of politics and culture. But, fundamentally speaking, not only Mengzi, but also other scholars and writers in the history of Chinese literature, have such split and difference in their inner personality. And this spirit of personality unavoidably reflects on their creation. In a sense, the group feature of Chinese intellectuals in their personality and cultural characters decides the general quality and main feature of the Chinese literary view and creation.

For the solution of sociological crisis, there are two ways. One is the regeneration and reconstruction within positivism, and the other is the criticizing positivism of comprehensiveness and criticism. While post-positivism accounts for the connection between empirical environment and metaphysical environment, comprehensiveness and criticism make it possible to solve the contradiction between “value free” and “reference to values”. But all of the three isms call for the basis of empirical evidence. Therefore, it is inevitable for sociological methodologies to converge under such a mutually needed relationship.

And Articles 165 to 169 stipulate that only these relevant staffs could be criminal subjects. State-owned companies or enterprises should be whole-funded state-owned ones. It is against objective reality for some scholars or judicial persons to look upon state-controlled or state joint-stock companies or enterprises as state-owned ones, even handling cases according to this improper viewpoint. The above-mentioned, in theory, is dangerous, for its blind expanding of the criminal scope without considering the equal rights of the other subjects of market economy, and, in practice, harmful, for having made and being making wrong cases so as not to safeguard effectively the human rights of citizens.
