Abstract: From the viewpoint of economics, we can find that the influence of mid-long-term policy-related commodity houses on real-estate market will diminish and their supply will decrease. Therefore, in order to enlarge the supply of policy-related commodity houses and ensure the quality of residential constructions, a series of the design patterns should be considered such as the programming and inducting beforehand, the mutually complementary exploitation, the circulating exploitation, and the feedback adjustment. Furthermore, the author puts forward some related countermeasures and suggestions. All these can provide references for the government to constitute the exploiting policy of policy-related commodity.
