摘要：

买地券、镇墓文研究具有多方面意义，其语言文字学意义在于：保留了古代民间口语的原生形态，证明汉字新字体、新书体的出现都始于民间书写活动。

Abstract:

This essay gives a short discussion on the origin and development of the Hades GroundCertificates and TombCalmed Writings, especially on the scholars' records of their usage and unearth since the North Song Dynasty and the research for them from the Qing Dynasty to the present age. There are multiple significances for these researches. And, in linguistic and philology, they are also great values. While they keep the folk colloquial prototypes of the ancient times, they prove that both Chinese new characters and new styles of calligraphy derive from the activities of folk writings.
