摘要： 以江西省赣南脐橙产业升级历史变迁为案例基础，采用时间线索，分三个阶段来分析赣南脐橙要素禀赋变化和产业升级的演化过程。采用单案例研究法，从要素禀赋的变化联系到产业升级的变迁，从有效市场和有为政府两个主体进一步地剖析要素禀赋变化和产业升级背后的推动力量，着重分析地方政府在推动赣南脐橙产业发展上的有为之处。赣南脐橙产业的升级历经了从农业上的自给自足到工业上的崭露头角最后到一、二、三产业融合发展。通过总结赣南脐橙产业的发展模式，提炼出一条具有借鉴意义的特色农业发展路径。

Abstract:  Based on historical changes and temporal sequence, the evolution process of factor endowment change and industrial upgrading of navel oranges in southern Jiangxi province are analyzed in three stages. Following the grounded theory, the paper analyzes the driving forces behind the change of factor endowment and industrial upgrading in terms of “market efficiency” and “government facilitation”, with an emphasis on government facilitation of industrial development. It is found that the upgrading of navel orange industry in southern Jiangxi has experienced from agricultural self-sufficiency to initial industrial prosperity, and finally to the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. The development mode of navel orange industry in southern Jiangxi can lend service to a path of characteristic agricultural development.
