虚拟现实视域下科教影视的创作突破

The Breakthroughs in the Scientific and Educational Film Production in the Perspective of Virtual Reality

摘要: 虚拟现实技术的兴起与成熟,为影视创作带来了前所未有的革新。基于沉浸性、互动性、想象性这三大重要属性,现有虚拟现实在视觉体验上,已经打破了传统影视的边框禁锢,将沉浸感推上新的阶段;而大量互动元素的加入,更将观影过程中的控制权限交给了观者,从而形成了带有游戏性质的观影探索进程。这种全新的影像表现与信息交互途径,无疑为科教影视的创作与传播开辟了新的天地。借助虚拟现实技术,强调奇观效果的科教影视可以增进感官刺激,同时在形式上真正达至寓教于乐的科教效果。随着多元官感、多屏互动、群落社交以及人工智能的进一步融汇,虚拟现实技术将塑造全新形态的科教影视。

Abstract: The rise and maturity of virtual reality (VR) technology has brought unprecedented innovation to film and television productions. Based on the three important attributes of immersion, interaction and imagination, VR has already broken the frame barriers of traditional film and television in terms of visual experience and brought immersion to a new stage; meanwhile, the participation of a large number of interactive elements empowers the viewers control over the filmwatching process, thus enabling the viewers to explore the process like playing a game. This new way of image expression and information interaction has undoubtedly opened up a new world for the production and dissemination of scientific and educational films. With the help of VR technology, scientific and educational film emphasizing the spectacular visual effect can enhance sensory stimulation and achieve the effect of educational instruction by means of entertainment in a true sense. With the further integration of multisenses, multiscreen interaction, group networking and artificial intelligence, VR technology is shaping a new form of scientific and educational film.
