摘要： 在居民“原子化”和社区“碎片化”的背景下，实现城市基层社会组织的持续生长是当前中国创新社会管理、提升公共服务、加强社会建设、培育公民社会的重要保证。基于单一视角的理性选择理论、历史制度主义理论或社会资本理论都不能全面地解释城市基层社会组织的生长，因此，有必要在整合这三种理论的基础上建构出一个“利益—认同—制度”的综合性解释框架。城市基层社会组织的生长就是居民在利益、认同和制度的混合机制作用下，对社区公共事务的参与与合作的集体行动过程。

Abstract: In the context of residents being atomized and communities being fragmented, the continuing growth of the urban grassroots social organizations is an important guarantee to innovate social management, improve public services, strengthen social construction and cultivate civil society. The growth of the urban grassroots social organizations can not be fully explained from a single perspective of rational choice theory, historical institutionalism theory or social capital theory. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a comprehensive explanatory framework of interestidentityinstitution on the basis of the integration of the three theories. The growth of urban grassroots social organizations is the process of residents′ collective participation and collaboration in community public affairs under the mixed mechanism of interests, identity and institution.
