Dissemination and Influence of Christian Music: as America' s mainstream Cultural Formation

摘要： 在一种反抗性文化中孕育而成的美国当代基督教音乐，在商业利润的获取和福音传递方面都发挥了重大作用。本文通过考察美国当代基督教音乐宗教与世俗的双重属性、产业现状和发挥作用的机制，分析了美国当代基督教音乐对福音传递的影响乃至美国社会的影响及自身存在的问题，同时为音乐在宗教传播中的应用和影响研究的深入提出一些路径。

Abstract: American modern Christian music, which has its roots in the resistant culture, has been a great success both in the commercial world and in the cause of evangelism. Based on a careful examination of its religious and secular nature, the present condition of the industry and the mechanism of its operation, the paper seeks to analyze how American modern Christian music impacts evangelism and the American society in general. In addition, the paper tries to point out some of its problems as well as to suggest new approaches for the study of the use and influence of music in religion preaching.
