摘要: 教学实验表明,任务型教学法在大学英语教学中不仅可行,且效果显著。因重视语言活动和运用过程,任务型教学法对建构学习者的图式和提高语言能力起重要的促进作用。

Abstract: This paper, by using constructivist teaching and learning theory, discusses the taskoriented pedagogy and its pedagogical implications for college English teaching. The experimental result shows that the pedagogy has been proved workable and effective. As it emphasizes the process involving language activities and its application, the taskoriented pedagogy plays a vital role in building up students' schema and improving their language ability.
