摘要： 当代西方新社会运动的蓬勃兴起与发展，不仅是西方社会结构和阶级关系变动的产物，而且是资本主义社会矛盾与冲突的新表现形式。其对资本主义制度与秩序的挑战和冲击，在国际政治舞台上具有广泛和深远的影响。新社会运动虽然目前还面临着各种问题，但是其同左翼运动“红绿联盟”的可能性，将对今后世界政治格局的变化关系重大。同时，该运动的某些主张和无政府主义思潮也会为未来国际政坛发展带来许多不确定因素。

Abstract: The present western new social movement is vigorously springing up, it is not only the results of western social structure and the change of class relation, but also the new expression form of capitalist social contradiction and conflict. Its challenge and impact on capitalist system and order have extensive influence on international political stage. Though new social movement is now still faced with various problems, the possibility of it and left wing movement' redgreen alliance' will concern the change of the world political layout in the future. At the same time, the anarchism trend of thought and views of this movement also bring about indefinite factors for the future international development of the political field.
