摘要: 在《唯识三十颂》的四个译本中vijāna与vijapti及vijaptimātratā的语义与义理有各不相同的内涵,以“唯识”迻译vijaptimātratā,并非玄奘未经考虑的做法,即使以安慧《三十唯识释》(或译《唯识三十论》)来看,也难说就是“误译”,更谈不上由此“误译”而引来的研究唯识的千年“误区”。

Abstract: TA contrast of four Chinese translations of Trims′ikāvijaptimātratāsiddhi and semantic analysis of vijāna, vijapti and vijaptimātratā can discover that Xuan Zang’s translating vijaptimātratā into “唯识” is well considerable, not to say the socalled “mistaken translation” causing the “mistaken region” in research for the field for thousands of years.
