摘要:

珠三角等地出现的“民工荒”表明,在市场经济条件下资本追逐剩余价值与劳动力的工资增长之间的矛盾永远难以解决。企业主过分追求剩余价值,在其他成本不变的情况下,必须带来对农民工利益侵害。而农民工的工资作为特殊型的要素报酬,具有其特定的内容,突破工资内涵的要求底线,农民工只能选择用脚投票,“民工荒”是农民工利益比较的理性选择。“民工荒”表明农民工的利益缺乏制度保障,这与建设和谐社会目标是相悖的,要实现和谐社会的宏伟目标,必须加快农民工社会保障制度建设。

Abstract: An investigation of the laborer shortage appearing in the regions surrounding the Pearl River can discover that, on condition of market economy, there has always been a contradiction between capital being in pursuit of surplus value and labor wage growing. If other costs unchanged, the enterpriser’s overpursuit of surplus value is sure to produce harm to laborers. And laborer wage, as a special reward element, possesses specific content, which decides laborers’ leaving once their basic need for wage is not met. It is a result of making a choice after comparison with their benefits. Laborer shortage displays the shortage of safeguard system for laborer interests. It is necessary to improve systematic management so as to construct a harmonious society.
