摘要：

社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性，是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要保证。从学理和历史的双层角度看，构建和谐社会的关键在于重塑秩序与信任之间的有机关联，前者是实现和谐社会的基础和保障，后者则能提升和谐社会的境界，让整个社会充满祥和之气。

关键词: 信任, 秩序, 制度, 执政信任, 和谐社会

Abstract:

The harmony of the society is the essential attribute of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and also the important guarantee for the powerful country, the vigorous nation, and the happy people. From the perspectives of the theory and the history, it is vital for constructing the harmonious society to reestablish the integrative connection between order and confidence. While the former is the basis and safeguard for realizing the harmony of the society, the latter can raise the harmony to a higher level, making the whole society full of auspiciousness and peacefulness.
