Abstract: Investigated from both the history and the status quo, the existing system of the international currency is not adaptable to the development of the international trade relations determined by the WTO structure. Therefore, its reforming and reconstruction become avoided. It is necessary to draw on the successful experience of the European Monetary Union, and, through starting from the region coalition and pushing forward gradually to the whole world, establish the new central bank of the world and issue the integrative money of the world, which are both the reconstruction targets of the future system of the international currency and the basic corresponding strategies of China.
