Abstract: A Lawful Reflection on the Textile Trade of the PostQuota Age(School of Law, Shanghai University, Shanghai 200444, China)Abstract： 〖WTBZ]January 1, 2005 has witnessed the coming of the postquota age in the field of the international textiles trade. Since developed countries adopt the other trade means of limiting import after the quota is abrogated, still the international textile trade faces a new challenge. It is necessary for China, under the structure of WTO, to establish quickly the perfect forewarning mechanism of the textile trade friction and the preventive measures of the fastreacting anticombining-boxing as well as the related lawful system so as to protect the textile import trade of China, preserve its advantage and promote the healthy, stable, sustained development of the Chinese textile import.
