Abstract: In recent years, China's trade frictions with other developing countries are increasing rapidly. In Complying with Uruguay Round Agreements to realize economic globalization and trade liberalization, the unbalanced development among countries arouses the unbalanced trade benefits. The frictions reflect developing countries' selfinterest appeal in economy and politics under the global background. China is obliged to fully comprehend and consider the interest appeals of other countries, to rightly deal with trade frictions, and to further safeguard national interests on the changeable, complicated, international economic and political framework.
