The Value of Humanism and Questions on the Rationality of Law

Abstract: Questioning the rationality of law is an important part of human life since Law has come into force. Combined with the modernity of law, questions of the rationality make it a necessary for law to embody the human orientation and to display humanistic concerns of times. The essay expatiates that the modernity of law belongs to the category of the rationality of law, with the necessity of forming the theoretical consciousness of the cultural embodiment of the value of humanism in questions of the rationality.
