Abstract: The dissemination of Nestorianism in the Song and Yuan dynasties is quite complicated, involving the translation of literature in multiple languages such as syriac, farsi, Sogdian, Uygur, Phags-pa Chinese and Chinese. In the process, there appears what Gadamer describes as the fusion of the horizons, which gives rise to the rich diversity of Nestorian culture in the Yuan Dynasty.
