A Comment on the Marital Violence——From the Viewpoint of Women’s Human Rights

Abstract:

The marital violence for women is so harmful that the women’s lifeguard is threatened. Since they lose the most fundamental right of life, the other rights can also not be safeguarded. The family is the key to the losing of the feminine rights, in which, the relation between feminine and masculine is originally equal, forming the balanced structure of the dual powers. From a specific viewpoint, the feminist social workers provide a professional cure for feminine victims so as to awaken the feminist consciousness of strengthening the women's powers and rights.
