Abstract:
The European Central Bank plays a pioneering role in the European Union. It succeeds in avoiding the division and dispute on the political alliance among member states by implementing beforehand the plan of the European Economic and Monetary Union. It promotes European integration. The experience of the European Central Bank Legislation will provide inspiration for China when he deals with the relations, such as, Asian Regional Economic Integration, Economic and Monetary Cooperation between Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and China.
