Abstract: Marxist ideology implicates cultural significance. By scientifically defining cultural ideology, the paper further interprets the logic procedure of general cultural ideology and its different functions in cultural ideologies of politics, ethics, humanity, and science. Western sciencetechnology ideology reflects the reality of cultural ideology development. Thereupon, the development of culture productivity needs the innovation of ideology.
