Digital Finance and the Construction of a Unified National Market: An Analysis Based on the Perspective of New Structural Economics

摘要:

当前,建设全国统一大市场是构建新发展格局的基础支撑和内在要求。从新结构经济学视角对建设全国统一大市场进行解读,并进一步分析数字金融支持全国统一大市场建设的路径,可以得出如下结论与建议:第一,从发展阶段看,我国数字金融发展与建设全国统一大市场在当前都具有良好的要素禀赋条件。第二,数字金融既是全国统一大市场的重要要素禀赋,也是推进实体经济高质量发展和全国统一大市场建设的上层基础,从直接作用机制与间接作用机制两个方面,推进全国统一大市场建设。第三,“有效市场”和“有为政府”协同发力,促进数字金融均衡协调发展,进而推进全国统一大市场建设。

Abstract:

At presentbuilding a unified national market is the basic support and internal requirement for setting up a new development pattern. From the perspective of New Structural Economicsthis paper interprets the construction of a unified national marketand further analyzes the path of digital finance to support the construction of the unified national market. The conclusions and suggestions of the paper are as followsFirstlyfrom the perspective of the development stageChinas digital finance development and the construction of a unified national market have good factor endowment conditions at present. Secondlydigital finance is not only an important factor endowment of the unified national marketbut also the upper layer foundation for promoting the high-quality development of the real economy and the unified national market. It promotes the construction of the unified national market from two aspectsthe direct and indirect mechanisms. Thirdlyefficient market and well-functioning government work together to support the balanced and coordinated development of digital financeso as to promote the construction of a unified national market.
